The contractor for the project, Fred Smith Company, continues to work on erosion control for the Rolesville Main Street Project prior to starting grading. They have installed tree protection and silt fence along with water diversion devices required for ground clearing operations.
Once these were installed, clearing and grubbing operations were started to allow for working on the realignment of the new Burlington Mills Road, widening of Main Street, and the stub outs for future development along the south corridor of the project between Jonesville Road and the existing Burlington Mills Road.
